nxm-tracker
Evolved nxm-session: session lifecycle, versioned tasks and the AI↔human legal boundary persisted in a database with append-only audit. Storage backend is configurable via nxm-shared-db-ee — SQLite today, with PostgreSQL and MongoDB (and more) supported from config. Every mutation carries an ActionContext (user + ai_tool) and writes an audit row; terminal transitions can require a human sign-off linked to an immutable AI attestation. This is what makes AI-produced work auditable, certifiable and quality-gated.
